• Professional role and business information
• Usage data, parcel searches, map interactions, and platform activity
• Device and browser information for security and analytics

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Provide and improve the LandXOSâ„¢ platform and AI features
• Send SMS verification codes for 2FA (required for beta access)
• Send product updates and marketing communications (only with your explicit consent)
• Authenticate users, process payments, and deliver personalized insights

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

SMS/Text Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during signup, you agree to receive:

• SMS verification codes for two-factor authentication (required for beta access)
• Product updates, feature announcements, and occasional marketing texts from LandXOSâ„¢

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Beta Program Data Handling

Beta users' data is handled with the same protections as all users. Beta participation data (including feedback, usage patterns, and verification status) is stored securely and used only for platform improvement and account management. Beta data is not shared publicly or with third parties.

Authentication & Storage

• Firebase Auth — handles user authentication and identity
• Google Cloud SQL — stores parcel data, user preferences, and platform activity
• Stripe — processes all payments; we do not store credit card numbers or full payment details

Data Sharing & Selling

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (Firebase, Google Cloud, Stripe, GoHighLevel for SMS) solely to operate the platform and send verification codes.

Your Rights (Including CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your saved parcels and account data
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time
